_Educational Objectives

Kwan Factory is our startup studio building tomorrow s companies. Kwan values are Respect, Community, Friendship, Creativity, Success. We are focused mainly on Digital, Media and Entertainment Industries. Together with you as entrepreneurs, we help and support to turn your ideas into suc- cessful companies. We act as the perfect co-founder to build strong and independent startups by providing Expertises, Facilities and Fundings. We are looking for entrepreneurs.

_Educational Content

 You have a vision and have a perfect picture of the future and the services or products you want to develop. You are able to promote your ideas and are born evange- lists to transfer and share your passion and vision to us, and your team members, clients, media partners and any other stakeholders. You know that building a startup is a tricky and complex matter to solve. It is also about scaling an entire business from the ground up to a unicorn, through a great deal of methodical and da- ta-driven processes. You must have good supports and if the idea is good it should be successful if you meet the right people at the right moment.

_Validation of the work

1_ Kwan Factory tests business ideas with its network of experts. All of them are members of Kwan project and keen to advise and invest in selected projects. They all have signed up a Non Disclosure Agreement. Ideas pop up naturally from our daily experience. Each idea is studied and tested inter- nally using a unique methodology before going any further.

2_ Kwan Factory carefully selects its entrepreneurs based on their entrepreneurial skills, their bril- liant minds, their experience, and their ambition to run a company on the long run and to bring it to unicorn level. When selected, the entrepreneurs will be coached by several experts of Kwan to help and support the entrepreneur to find the track to success.

_Duration

The workshop will take place from 3 to 5 PM leading to an effective teaching period of 35 h From January 2020 to June 2020
